In this mission Jaws has to escape from the research facility where Michael Brody brought it after the Tutorial mission, in which has been harpooned and captured:
At the beginning of this level there is the need to capture (with the biting action) a scientist with a white laboratory vest and bring it close to the green light of the gate remote controller. After doing so, Jaws has to pass through the opened gate to find itself into another aquarium tank, where it has to break the glass at the end of the tank to reach the next area. As follows, Jaws finds itself into another larger aquarium tank with different shark species and scuba divers. Here, Jaws has to break through the underwater aquarium tunnel, to access the next area. After breaking through the tunnel Jaws arrives into a wide area with different aquarium glasses and creatures inside them. Breaking through the destroyed doors is the essential part to gain access to the last wide area, the Seals, Dolphins and Orca's tanks. Beware of the Piranhas, since at such low leveled Jaws they can be pretty lethal in no time. The Orca is the final boss; a smart and easy way to defeat it is to Charge the Orca from behind and stunning it, then biting to deal massive damage.
