Sean Brody was played by Jay Mello as a toddler in the film adaption of Jaws. He was the younger brother of Michael Brody.

Jaws[]

During a key scene when the shark is first revealed on screen during Jaws, he is building a sandcastle as the shark silently passes by in the water unnoticed by beach goers.

Jaws 2[]

Sean goes sailing with his big brother Michael and is almost killed by another shark, but Marge, a teenager who offered him a ride in her boat, gave her life to protect him.

Jaws 3-D[]

Sean is almost killed by an enormous shark, but it has a taste of his girlfriend.

Jaws: The Revenge[]

He is killed while working as a police deputy sent to clear a log away from a buoy. As he does so, a massive shark bursts out and Brody's arm is bitten off and then as his cries for help, the shark comes back and finishes the job by killing Brody. His body is found later and identified by his mother.

Trivia[]

  • In the original script of Jaws 3, Sean is attacked by the shark and severely injured, leaving him hospitalized for the rest of the film.
  • Sean and Michael are the only characters to appear in all four Jaws films. Despite this, no actor has ever played either character more than once.
