Role in Jaws 2
Cable Junction is an unspecified distance from Amity Island in Massachussets. Cable Junction seems to be a power station that is built onto a small, possibly manmade rock island in the ocean and houses the cables that give Amity and its neighboring islands their electrical power.
Ultimately after the teens are stranded on their sailboats, they are able to make it to Cable Junction and Brody uses a submerged power line to kill the shark after he gets it to bite into the electrical wire.
Role in Jaws Unleashed
The Cable Junction did made a appearance, but it's non-interactive example you can't bite the power line. (Seemingly because the second shark bit it before the fifth)
